Buy multiple or cut it to your desired length. This is really simple to install with some construction screws to the wall studs. Each peg can carry multiple coats and/or bags. Even hang loaded backpacks. It is finished with a polyurethane to seal the wood for a long life. Pegs are set every 8" and 4" from the ends. you'll have 7 pegs on your 6' rack.
